Our individualized training plans are designed for the athlete who is seeking structure and individualized workouts based on their current fitness and goals, but would like to self-navigate through the training process.
Each training plan includes: • A comprehensive training plan (written by an RRCA Certified/P3|Running Coach ) based on the number of days/week you can workout; accommodating cross training and/or other sports, and with detailed workout descriptions; including target pace ranges specific to you. • Runner-Centric core and hip strengthening exercises to build and maintain a strong foundation. • Nutrition Strategies (written by a Certified Specialist in Fitness Nutrition) for training and racing.
Other details: Each training plan requires a free Basic Training Peaks account, where the plan is uploaded. There is no coaching feedback after the plan is delivered. We do provide one plan revision at no cost. Any additional revision is $30 per revision. One-on-one phone consultations can be requested at $60/hour.
