We believe that every run has a purpose; from stripping all technology and running free to using a heart rate monitor as a tool to gauge effort on hill repeats. From running for fun or recovery to speed intervals around the track; there is a time and a place for each run, and if you’re training to be the best runner that you can be, they all play an important role. We have a lot of passion; and not just for running, but in our lives around running. Our running is our voice, our interpretation, our guide for how we move through life. Yes! It can be all of those things! And we are passionate about helping others discover this in their own way.
