Nutrition Analysis With Training and Race Day Nutrition Strategies
What foods you eat before, during, and after a workout or race can optimize performance and recovery. This service is for the athlete and includes a complete nutrition analysis (as described above). This analysis as well as your performance goals are used to create a nutrition plan specific to workouts and race day(s). This plan specifically addresses what to eat and drink before, during, and after a workout or race. Thus, easing ones mind and increasing performance. The clients' food preferences (i.e. gluten free, vegetarian, vegan) are also addressed.
