You are given intake forms and an online assessment tool to easily record what you're eating, when you're eating it, and your physical activity for 3 days. Upon completion, you'll receive a detailed breakdown of your current caloric intake and the percentage of carbohydrates, protein and fat you're consuming. The results of your assessment coupled with your desired fitness goal(s) -to lose weight, grow or maintain lean muscle, gain weight or optimize athletic performance are utilized to create nutritional recommendations.
