semi-custom training plans
These personalized training plans are designed for the athlete who seeks structure and individualized workouts based on their current fitness and goals, but prefers to self-navigate through the training process.
EACH TRAINING PLAN INCLUDES
A comprehensive training plan (written by an RRCA Certified/P3 Running Coach) based on the number of days per week you can workout; it can also accommodate cross training and/or participation in other sports. Includes runner-centric core and hip strengthening exercises to build and maintain a strong foundation.
Each training plan is uploaded to your free Basic Training Peaks account. No coaching feedback is provided after the plan is delivered. One plan revision is provided at no cost. Any additional revisions are $30 each. One-on-one phone consultations can be requested ($60/hour).
8-week Base Building Plan - $100
8-week 5K or 10K Plan - $100
12-week Half Marathon Plan - $150
18-week Marathon Plan - $225
24-week Ultra Distance Plan (50K to 100 Miles) - $300
After purchase and completion of the intake form, your P3 Running coach will review and reach out via email with any additional questions. Please allow 2 weeks for the delivery of your training plan. If you’re on a tight budget or calendar, you can get going immediately with a pre-built P3 Running training plan delivered by Training Peaks. Pick a plan that best matches your abilities, desired distance and other goals. P3 Running can help match you to your perfect plan and answer any questions you have upfront, or with add-on coaching and progress check-ins along the way.
Athletes of these programs are welcome to join the P3 Running Community, online or in person.
