This 4-week nutrition plan is designed to fuel an active lifestyle; it is mostly vegetarian with a few chicken dishes sprinkled in. It also caters to those eating gluten free. Each week will be delivered via .pdf on Fridays before the start of each week (first week delivered March 8th) to allow for grocery shopping and meal prep. Each week includes a smoothie, a pre-workout breakfast option, a weekend post-workout breakfast, 2 snacks, and 2 to 3 lunches and 2 to 3 dinners.
